Preferences - Weekly report via e-mail

How can I receive the weekly report via e-mail?

The "Weekly report via e-mail" option (in “Settings” > “Preferences”) allows you to receive a summary of visits to your website in the previous week via e-mail every Monday.

The report will be sent exclusively to the e-mail address (provided in the page: “Settings” > “User Information”), in text format or in HTML format, depending on the selected option.


It is possible to activate the weekly report by e-mail following the procedure indicated below:

• Login
• Click on "Account Management" in the menu on the left, then on "Settings"
• Click on "Preferences" in the menu on the left
• Select the "E-mail weekly report" option, then choose whether in text format (ie without images or other graphic elements) or in HTML
• Click on "Apply" at the bottom to activate the selected option

Similarly, it is possible to deactivate the weekly report by following the procedure indicated here:

• Login
• Click on "Account Management" in the menu on the left, then on "Settings"
• Click on "Preferences" in the menu on the left
• Deselect the "E-mail weekly report" option
• Click on "Apply" at the bottom to save the change.

 
If you don’t receive the weekly report, we suggest checking: • the e-mail address indicated in “Settings” > “User information”, to make sure it is correct • filter and antispam settings, to prevent emails from ending up in other folders or spam
