Why are the data in the Referrer report not updated or why does the message 'No referrer' appear?

If the table is empty or the message 'No referrer' appears, these sections of the statistics are not updated. These are the possible causes:

• The ShinyStat code has been inserted incorrectly.


• The page connected to the link does not have a ShinyStat code, so it is not a tracked page.
