Before subscribing, renewing or upgrading a ShinyStat service, please take note of the activation time which is linked to the payment method you choose.
- Payment by credit card: immediate activation.
- Payment by bank transfer: activation after 4 working days.
- Postal payment: activation after 25 working days.
NOTE: The activation time for bank transfer and postal payments is subject to the processing times of the Credit Institutions and the Italian Postal Service.
If you wish to speed up the activation, you need scan your proof of payment and your account name and send an attachment to: billing@shinystat.com
