ShinyStat Survey is the intelligent survey system from ShinyStat™ which is activated, in real time, when specific conditions identified by the Web Analytics of the hosting site are met.

The benefits in running intelligent surveys within your site go beyond simply collecting relevant information and user opinions about your pages and contents, but also include actually building up a socio-demographic profile of visitors to the site.

	The ShinyStat Survey platform is considered “intelligent” due to its triggering mechanism based on Web Analytics, which can select users to carry out the survey based on predefined criteria set by the site owner. Whenever a need arises to ask a certain class of users for information, perhaps just those who have made an e-commerce purchase within the last week, all that need be done is for the criterion to be set beforehand and the survey will be sent to just those users concerned.
