Step 6 - How to read and understand advanced reports (ShinyStat™ Business)

3.7 VERSION - Conversions by Search Engines - Keywords

Attention!
With regard to Conversion, we suggest to use the ShinyStat 4.0 release, considering that it offers many more useful details which the old 3.7 version does not provide.
Please proceed as follows
- do login
- click on "Configuration" on the menu on the left
- click on Monetary Conversions or on Non Monetary Conversions

However, those who wish to retrieve information about the conversions of the ShinyStat 3.7 version can look up at the following pages.
 ShinyStat Business

This reports shows the search keywords that your visitors typed in a particular search engine.

The first table shows the number of conversions and the number of keys in the list, the average time and the conversion rate.


Filters

- Sort by: this feature allows to sort the data in the underneath table by the selected option.

- Conversion: it allows to display the data of all conversion points or just the data of a single conversion point.

- Select a period: it allows to filter the data in order to display only the data of a desired month.

- Search: you can quickly find the desired search keyword by entering its name or part of it in the available field.


Table

Each table row shows the search engine and its keyword, the number of visits it has generated, the number of generated conversions, the trend, the conversion rate, the percentage on the total conversions in the list and the sales.

To view a detailed report, click on the number of conversions of a search engine.


Sales

This column shows the total sales generated by the corresponding keyword.
In case of values equal to zero:
  • no sales have been successfully completed
  • he PR= parameter within the HTML code in the conversion page is not correctly compiled. Please read Setting - How to set conversion points - Step 4



Total


For easier reading, the last row in the list shows the total listed values.

Attention!
This value is the sum of the values in all the pages and not only of the value in the current page.
