Step 6 - How to read and understand advanced reports (ShinyStat™ Business)

3.7 VERSION - Conversions by search engines

Attention!
With regard to Conversion, we suggest to use the ShinyStat 4.0 release, considering that it offers many more useful details which the old 3.7 version does not provide.
Please proceed as follows
- do login
- click on "Configuration" on the menu on the left
- click on Monetary Conversions or on Non Monetary Conversions

However, those who wish to retrieve information about the conversions of the ShinyStat 3.7 version can look up at the following pages.
 ShinyStat Business

The report named "Search Engine Conversions" shows in detail the conversions generated by the visitors coming from the search engines.

The first table lists the number of conversions by search engines, the average conversion time and the average conversion rate.


Filters

- Conversion: it allows to display the data of all conversion points or just the data of a single conversion point.

- Select a period: it allows to filter the data in order to display only the data of a desired month.


Table

Each table row shows the name of the search engine, the number of visits it has generated, the number of the generated conversions, the trend, the conversion rate, the percentage on the total conversions in the list and the sales.

IMG:dettagli.gif By clicking on this icon you can associate the search keyword used by visitors to each conversion coming from a specific search engine.


Sales

This column shows the total sales generated by a specific search engine.
In case of values equal to zero:
  • no sales have been successfully completed
  • he PR= parameter within the HTML code in the conversion page is not correctly compiled. Please read Setting - How to set conversion points - Step 4
