Step 6 - How to read and understand advanced reports (ShinyStat™ Business)

Non Monetary Conversions List

 ShinyStat Business
How can I see the list of Non Monetary Conversions that have been generated in the website?
The report Non-Monetary conversions List shows all the conversions that have been generated in the website in the selected time period.

In the first summary table you can see the total number of Non Monetary Conversions for the selected time period.

Filters
  • Time period: by using the drop-down menu you can filter the data for the time period you want to analyze.
  • Advanced calendar: you can select specific time periods other than those available with the drop-down menu "time period", thereby choosing freely the time period to examine. For more info on using the  Advanced calendar, click here.
  • Select a Non Monetary Conversion: by using the drop-down menu you can filter the data for the Non Monetary Conversion you want to analyze.

Table
In every line of the table you will find for each conversion:
  • Conversion date
  • Conversion ID - clicking on this information, you can verify in detail all the data for the specific conversion.
  • Conversion Name, i.e. the name given to the specific campaign during configuration
  • The referrer of the visit which has produced the conversion (first referrer)
  • The number of visits the user executed before making the purchase
  • The buy attutude, i.e. the ratio between the number of conversions and the amount of the visits that the user executed
  • All the page views
  • first visit date
  • The time conversion, represented by the period elapsed from the first visit to the moment of the purchase
  • Country of provenance
This last parameter is chosen and indicated by the vendor system and can differ from the Geolocation (the place where the navigation occurs) because it's up to the vendor to select which values to provide (the delivery address, the residence address, etc.).

“Not provided” keywords
When the "not provided" key appears in the "Referrer" column, it means that the user accessed the site coming from Google search engine while he/she was logged in Google+.
In fact, users logged in Google+ are automatically redirected to the https version, for which the search engine doesn’t provide the search key used,  that results as "Not provided". Consequently, when the user searches on Google being connected to Google +, the keywords used to enter the sites are not provided.
