Step 6 - How to read and understand advanced reports (ShinyStat™ Business)

3.7 VERSION - Campaign Conversions

Attention!
With regard to Conversion, we suggest to use the ShinyStat 4.0 release, considering that it offers many more useful details which the old 3.7 version does not provide.
Please proceed as follows
- do login
- click on "Configuration" on the menu on the left
- click on Monetary Conversions or on Non Monetary Conversions

However, those who wish to retrieve information about the conversions of the ShinyStat 3.7 version can look up at the following pages.
 ShinyStat Business

This report named "Campaign Conversions" sums up the active campaigns and the conversions they generate.

The first table shows the number of campaigns in the list, the total number of campaign conversions, the value of sales and the average conversion rate.


Filters

- Interval: these options allow you to retrieve the data of a particular period of time.
For this report it is available a history up to 24 months.

- Show campaign: you can display the active or inactive campaigns or all the existing campaigns.

- Conversion: it allows to display the data of all conversion points or just the data of a single conversion point.


Table

Each table row shows the name and the description of the campaign, its state, the number of clicks and the number of the conversions generated by the campaign, the trend, the conversion rate and the value of the sales.

IMG:dettagli.gif By clicking on this icon you have access to the detailed report on the referrer sites of the campaign. This report is very useful in case your campaign is, for istance, a keyword advertising campaign in search engines, as you will be shown all the search terms used by your visitors.

By clicking on the number of conversions related to a campaign you have access to the detailed report.


Sales

This column shows the total sales generated by a specific campaign.
In case of values equal to zero:
  • no sales have been successfully completed
  • he PR= parameter within the HTML code in the conversion page is not correctly compiled. Please read Setting - How to set conversion points - Step 4
