How to renew a ShinyStat account
On the licence expiry date, the service is terminated and you won't be able to accede to the reports. If you wish to renew the service, follow the online renewal procedure 2 months before the expiry date.

To renew the service, please log into the 'My account' section and follow the procedure from the menu on the left.

It is recommended to renew your subscription in due advance, and to observe the "period of activation".
