Setting - Ip address Exclusion
-How can I exclude from my reports a single IP address or an IP address range?
This option allows to exclude from your reports the data coming from the range of IP addresses entered in the proper fields.
It is possible to exclude up to 32 ranges of IP addresses
According to your needs you can exclude a single IP address or an IP address range.
In the first case, it is necessary to enter the same IP both in the 'From' and 'To' fields (or just in the 'From' field); in the second case, in the 'From' and 'To' fields enter the IP addresses which are the range extremes.
An IP range is a range of consecutive IP addresses.
Watch out!
This option is available only if the IP addresses are static.
Here are some examples of IP settings.
To exclude one or more ranges of static IP addresses, just do this:
for each IP address range, you can remove it from the list.
By clicking on the "+” icon
, you can add one or more IP address ranges into the list.

- Range of 256 IP addresses: From 195.210.96.0 - To 195.210.96.255
To exclude one or more ranges of static IP addresses, just do this:
- do login to "My Account" page
- click on “Settings” in the left-hand side menu
- click on "Preferences" in the left-hand side menu
- insert IP address ranges to be excluded
- click on "Apply" to save the change
