3.7 VERSION - Conversions- Set a conversion point

Attention!
With regard to Conversion, we suggest to use the ShinyStat 4.0 release, considering that it offers many more useful details which the old 3.7 version does not provide.
Please proceed as follows
- do login
- click on "Configuration" on the menu on the left
- click on Monetary Conversions or on Non Monetary Conversions

However, those who wish to retrieve information about the conversions of the ShinyStat 3.7 version can look up at the following pages.
 ShinyStat Business

The following procedure allows you to create and set a conversion point.

If you have previously created some points, you are shown a list with their names and their descriptions, as well as the buttons to modify, deactivate / activate and retrieve the code. Otherwise, only the 'Create a new conversion point' button is available.

Before creating a conversion point, it is important to keep in mind two basics concepts:

1 - Conversion means that a visitor takes an action you have chosen to track according to your objectives of analysis.

The most common conversions are the completion of an online order or sale, and the filling out of a form. These are just some examples of conversions: you will decide how to use ShinyStat to best suit your needs.

2 - The Conversion Point, or Conversion Page, is the site page where a successful conversion action takes place.

Examples of Conversion Points are the thank you page for filling out a form, or an order confirmation page.

To create a Conversion Point, please follow these steps:

Step 1 - Identify the conversion page
Step 2 - Create the conversion by inserting a name and a description
Step 3 - Get the HTML code and insert it into the conversion page
Step 4 - (optional) Insert the value of the visitor's purchase in the ShinyStat code
