The ROI is normally represented by the relationship between the resources used and the results obtained by the campaign.
ShinyStat allows you to calculate this value for each campaign.
In order to calculate the ROI, the following conditions are necessary:
1) One of the conversions must be represented by the completion of an online sale/purchase
2) The PR= parameter in the HTML code for the conversion point must be set correctly
3) The field 'cost' in each campaign configuration must be set correctly
This data can be updated at any time in order to avoid that the displayed ROI is not out of date. For example, in the case of Keyword advertising campaigns where the cost is linked to the number of clicks and to their individual price (which is normally subject to frequent changes).
Knowing the ROI of each campaign will help you choosing the most efficient and profitable types of advertisement.
